About me
Hi, I'm Jace Sheppard. You may remember me from the top of this webpage. I provide a range of IT services to individuals and small businesses in the greater Burlington area of Vermont. I do not repair mobile device hardware, like iPhones and tablets.
I provide remote technology support from my home office in Colchester, Vermont. I have a travel fee for on-site visits.
I love helping others and technology. I've had the privilege of combining both since 1996.

Getting help from someone you can trust is important. Since 1995, I've been helping colleagues, family and friends, and hundreds of Vermonters get unstuck.
System Upgrades

Are you syncing data between your devices or, at a minimum, backing up? I help make sure you're using your technology in ways to maximize your investment.
This is what I charge for my services.
Hourly Rate Structure
Standard Rate: $120/hour for appointments scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Premium Rate: $150/hour for weekends, weekdays after 5:00 PM, and emergency calls*.
*Emergency calls are defined as requests requiring immediate action that necessitate diverting attention from other scheduled work.
Travel Policy
While much of my support can be done remotely, on-site visits are available when needed. Travel time will be billed at the standard hourly rate based on the time from my home office or my current location, whichever is shorter.
Consultation Calls & Texts
To ensure I can remain focused and responsive for all clients, "quick questions" calls and text messages are billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. I will answer or call back as soon as possible between 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
